ASCER

ASCER Stands for Autonomous Servo Controlled Exploration Robot. It is a robotic walker actuated by twelve servos. ASCER is equipped with infrared obstacle measurement all around and fully controlled by a microcontroller, programmable in C. Once turned on, ASCER walks around and avoides obstacles. It has been programmed with a simple wall follow algorithm to find the exit of a basic room with not to many small obstacles.
